Overnight Teleradiology Specialist

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Sunday – Thursday 911pm – 7pm

Pay Range: $17-$19.55 (DOE)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Teleradiology Support Specialist to join our growing radiology team. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless operations between imaging sites, radiologists, and healthcare partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in healthcare or radiology support, and the ability to troubleshoot systems in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical and workflow support for radiologists and imaging sites.

• Monitor and triage incoming cases to ensure timely radiologist assignment and report turnaround.

• Troubleshoot and resolve PACS, RIS, and HL7 integration issues.

• Collaborate with IT, scheduling, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end workflow efficiency.

• Maintain accurate logs of case updates, technical issues, and resolutions.

• Provide after-hours or weekend support as needed, ensuring 24/7 coverage.

• Assist in onboarding new sites and radiologists, including systems setup and training.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a healthcare support role (radiology, Medical IT support, or Medical Office experience required)

• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare IT, radiologic technology, or related field a plus
