Contract/Temp to Hire
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per Year
- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws.
- Conduct thorough tax research and planning to optimize tax savings and benefits.
- Analyze financial statements and prepare necessary reports for tax compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax regulations and laws.
- Assist in tax audits and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on tax-related issues.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns.
- Identify potential tax savings and opportunities to improve tax processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst, or similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and tax principles, laws, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly and effectively.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
