LHH Recruitment Solutions has an opening for a Human Resources Generalist with great organizational skills for a temporary job in Allen, Tx.


Responsibilities

  • Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications
  • Assisting talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conducts new hire orientation and implementation
  • Provide knowledge and understanding of benefits, leave and PTO policies
  • Review Policy and procedure to ensure compliance with state and federal laws
  • Evaluate employee performance

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field required
  • At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills

  • Skills

  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational ability
  • Advanced computer skills, including data entry and data processing
  • Leadership and coaching experience

  • Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday

  • Salary:

  • 55,000 – 65,000
