Corporate Controller – Allentown, PA
This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence. The Controller will oversee the month-end close process, manage financial reporting, ensure compliance with GAAP, and support budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness. This position also plays a key role in developing internal controls, managing treasury functions, and partnering cross-functionally with departments such as HR, IT, and Operations to drive financial clarity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead month-end close using a 4/4/5 calendar.
Oversee P&L and balance sheet consolidations, intercompany eliminations.
Collaborate with FP&A on variance analysis and executive reporting.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, including ASC 842.
Manage audits, tax filings, and state statutory filings.
Handle project accounting, treasury, and 13-week cash flow forecasting.
Develop internal controls and support budgeting and KPI tracking.
Coordinate with HR, IT, Fleet, Ops, Risk, Billing, and Payroll.
Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite), up to 20% travel.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $140,000–$150,000
