  • Scheduling meetings
  • Running reports
  • Assisting front desk
  • Ordering office supplies, and stocking office

  • Experience:

  • At least 2 years admin experience
  • Business professional

  • Skills:

  • Comfortable using technologies such as Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Strong organization, collaboration, written and verbal skills a must
  • Experience with typical office equipment including copiers, scanners, and printers

  • Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Must pass background check
