Job Title: Regional Support Specialist (Focus on Marketing Support)
Job Summary:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and organized Regional Support Specialist (RSS) to join our clients’ team. This role is central to the smooth operation of our offices, providing essential support to agents, branch leaders, and marketing initiatives. The RSS will be based in one of our branch offices and will work closely with the regional support team, company agents, and brokerage leadership. This position is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Duration: 60 days, with possible extension
Location: Aptos, CA 95003
Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00

Key Responsibilities:
Agent Support
Deliver white-glove service to agents and clients visiting the office, promoting support services including Primary Services and Transaction Concierge
Assist agents with technology, processes, and operational queries
Provide basic social media and marketing support to agents and manage office social media accounts as needed
Foster a friendly and inclusive office culture aligned with our agent value proposition
Coordinate with other Agent Services teams to address transaction-related questions
Collaborate with the Agent Onboarding Team to facilitate onboarding, conduct office orientation, train on company tools (e.g., MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, Listing Concierge), and introduce affiliated partners
Branch Leader Support
Act as the Culture Carrier for the Branch and Region by organizing events, promoting CB Cares, and building a community environment
Support the Branch Manager with promotional materials, sales meetings, new agent orientations, and social media marketing
Assist with agent recognition through awards reporting, social media, and meeting content
Support agent recruitment by gathering production reports, licensing data, and scheduling appointments
Help with the intake process for new agents and support business plan development and implementation
Serve as an accountability partner for agents' business goals and provide follow-up support
Identify and suggest process or product enhancements
Office Organization
Greet and direct agents and clients to appropriate workspaces or conference rooms
Coordinate with facilities and IT to maintain office functionality
Manage office supply inventory and mail distribution
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred; real estate office experience is a plus
Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and their use in marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in operating systems (PCs, Macs, mobile platforms) and computer software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications strongly preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including agents, managers, customers, and vendors
Customer-focused, delivery-oriented, and capable of multitasking
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
