Contracted Medicare Benefits Consultant
Required: (Bilingual: Fluency in Korean or Vietnamese is required OR Trilingual: Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.)
Contract Location: Hybrid - Arcadia, CA 91007
Pay: $21- $24 per hour (Position is eligible for Commissions)
Full-time Monday – Friday | Flexible Schedule working between 8a – 8p, with Saturdays as needed.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medicare Benefits Consultant to join our dynamic team in Arcadia, CA. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others navigate their Medicare options and is fluent in Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or Vietnamese.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized Medicare consultations to clients, guiding them through their options.
Answer inbound calls and assist clients with their Medicare-related questions.
Conduct outreach to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Accurately document client interactions and maintain client records.
Stay updated on Medicare policies and plan changes.
Meet and exceed sales and service goals.
Requirements:
Bilingual: Fluency in Korean or Vietnamese is required OR Trilingual: Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in Medicare consulting or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including call center hours from 8 AM to 8 PM and occasional Saturdays.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (in-office and remote).
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
