LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HYBRID Recruiter II for a 3 month contract position that could extend or go permanent in Arden Hills, MN. This is for a Medical Equipment Manufacturing Company with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist II, you will play a pivotal role in the full cycle recruiting process.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional COEs, you will bring a consultative approach and creative ideas to develop and execute a robust and diverse recruitment strategy.
Your responsibilities will encompass managing multiple clients across various businesses, executing strategies to attract qualified talent, and positioning the organization as an "employer of choice."
With a focus on candidate experience and delivering results, this role is essential to our long-term success as an organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition
Experience navigating an Applicant Tracking System
Experience working in a matrix-centric environment and managing stakeholders at various levels - peers to executives
Employment Type: 3 month contract position that could extend or go permanent
Schedule: Required onsite 3 days a week
