LHH is seeking a Collections Specialist for a permanent position in Atlanta, GA. The Collections Specialist is responsible for business-to-business collections in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of collections experience good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
  • Effectively manage collections activities for a large, multi-state, customer account portfolio
  • Resolves client-billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner.
  • Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
  • Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
  • May perform credit analysis on an as-needed basis.
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one-year B2B collections experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Associates degree preferred
