The ideal candidate will support attorneys in litigation, manage case files, conduct legal research, and draft legal documents. Experience in construction disputes, zoning, permits, and real estate law is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation files and organize case materials.
• Draft and file legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on construction law and land use.
• Coordinate discovery processes and prepare trial evidence.
• Support attorneys during hearings and trials.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 3-5 years of paralegal experience in construction law or real estate litigation.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and zoning regulations.
• Proficient in legal research and case management software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with e-filing procedures and court rules.
