LHH is seeking a Contract HR Generalist to join our team for a temporary assignment in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA. This is a small, quiet office with a strong focus on professional ticket sales and live event wholesaling. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR functions in a tech environment and will be comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks. This role is crucial for managing benefits, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, and maintaining multiple HR systems. This team is outgoing and proactive, and we value individuals who match our energetic and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits programs including 401(k) administration. Handle benefits inquiries and manage benefits-related documentation.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires and ensure thorough offboarding for departing employees.

  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating candidate communications.

  • HR Administration: Manage HR inbox, partner with payroll, and handle HRIS updates. Maintain and upload benefits information into Signa and manage four different medical systems.

  • System Management: Oversee and manage multiple HR systems. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.

  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating candidate communications.

Qualifications:

  • Must-Have Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including spreadsheet management and dashboard creation)

    • Experience with Paycom and other HR software

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Recruitment experience, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination

  • Nice-to-Have Skills:

    • Experience creating dashboards

    • Knowledge of benefits and HRIS systems

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the tech sector preferred

Additional Information:

  • Target Start Date: September 1st

  • Work Schedule: Onsite, 9 AM - 5 PM
