Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In-Office)

Job Summary:

The Logistic Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the movement of goods and materials through various stages of the supply chain. They will be responsible for coordinating and executing various logistics tasks to ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of products to our customers. This role requires a high degree of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including scheduling shipments, arranging carriers, and tracking deliveries.

· Ensure the timely and accurate pickup and delivery of goods.

· Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

· Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs documentation, and invoices.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements, including customs, safety, and environmental standards.

· Act as a point of contact between internal teams, external suppliers, carriers, and customers.

· Provide regular updates and proactively address any issues or delays in the logistics process.

· Identify and resolve logistical challenges, such as route disruptions, delays, and shipment discrepancies.

· Collaborate with various stakeholders to find effective solutions.

· Monitor transportation costs and seek cost-effective solutions.

· Optimize routes and shipping methods to reduce expenses while maintaining service quality.

· Maintain accurate records and data related to shipments, inventory, and logistics performance.

· Utilize logistics software and tools to track and analyze logistics operations.

Qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.

· Proven experience in logistics or a similar role.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

· Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.

· Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry trends.

· Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

· Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
