You will have:

5+ years managing a full cycle corporate recruitment function

5+ years leading and developing a team of high-performing corporate recruiters

5+ years managing a high-volume recruitment process

You will:

Own and develop recruiting strategies and metrics for a high-volume recruiting function

Partner with Senior Management to develop recruiting strategies and best practices

Lead and develop talent acquisition programs and projects

Maintain reporting of metrics and recruiting dashboards

Manage and develop a team of specialized corporate recruiters

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience preferred

5+years Peoplesoft/Workday/ADP preferred (Intermediate to Advanced knowledge)

5+years leadership and development experience preferred

Salary:

$80-100k
