Role Overview: As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our client’s accounts receivable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of receivables, billing, and collections. This pivotal role requires a minimum of 5 years of management experience within an accounts receivable environment, coupled with an accounting degree. Experience within the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and mentor a team of A/R specialists, providing leadership and guidance.


  • Streamline A/R processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and collections activities.


  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as accounting standards.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.


  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.


  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop a team.


  • Extensive knowledge of accounts receivable principles and practices.


  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
