Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Commercial Project Manager job in Aurora, CO. To qualify, you must have at least three years of recent, relevant experience in a similar construction project manager role. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $75,000 and $90,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Leading, managing, supervising, and coordinating multiple construction crews in the field
• Coordinating project resources; assigning and adjusting work
• Interpreting contracts, drawings, change orders, etc.
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations as well as all company policies and procedures
• Monitoring the maintenance of all equipment and vehicles
• Managing all project documents and files
• Tracking project milestones and ensuring project are completed on time
• Inspecting project site conditions; performing quality checks
• Managing snow removal procedures
• Maintaining a safe work environment
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least three years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
• Previous experience in the commercial construction, landscaping, and/or irrigation industries required
• Previous experience with Aspire software preferred but not required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Compensation:

• Annual salary between $75,000 and $90,000
