LHH is seeking an Account Management Specialist for our client in Aurora, IL. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication and order processing, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, transportation, and order processing teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
Efficiently manage and process orders from stores, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and support customers.
Cultivate and maintain loyal customer relationships by proactively addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
Oversee and manage E-commerce sales activities, ensuring a streamlined process from order placement to delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service and order management, preferably within a B2B and E-commerce environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in order management systems and related software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to customer service.
