LHH is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a fast-growing company in Austin, TX. This is a full time, hybrid (3-4 days in office), Contract role with the potential to convert to a permanent role! The role will provide administrative support to the leadership team while executing general aspects of the office operation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working in a team environment, and has great communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Handled all travel requirements including bookings, changes and timely expense reports.
  • Create daily meeting briefs and relevant documents and key players for all scheduled meetings.
  • Coordinate agendas, take notes, and manage action items for
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
  • Qualifications:

  • MUST be able to commute to Austin, TX - Hybrid (3-4 days in office)
  • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
