Admin Assistant in Austin, Texas

LHH is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a fast-growing company in Austin, TX. This is a full time, hybrid (3-4 days in office), Contract role with the potential to convert to a permanent role! The role will provide administrative support to the leadership team while executing general aspects of the office operation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working in a team environment, and has great communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Calendar management and scheduling

Handled all travel requirements including bookings, changes and timely expense reports.

Create daily meeting briefs and relevant documents and key players for all scheduled meetings.

Coordinate agendas, take notes, and manage action items for

Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary

Qualifications:

MUST be able to commute to Austin, TX - Hybrid (3-4 days in office)

2+ years of administrative assistant experience

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
