LHH is seeking a collaborative administrative assistant for our client in North Austin. This would be a contract role with a hybrid schedule! Our client is a well-known company in the manufacturing industry.

Compensation: $22-$23/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage deadlines for team
  • Schedule meetings and update team regarding status
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Provide general support to clients
  • Upload files into databases
  • Collaborate with both team and clients to ensure efficient processes
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ year of related experience in Real Estate industry
  • Ability to start IMMEDIATELY
  • Working hours: 8-5, Monday-Friday
