Administrative Legal Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Administrative Legal Assistant with a minimum of one year of legal office experience to support a prominent firm in Dallas, TX. This is a great contract-to-hire role with potential for growth and the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain attorney calendar

Maintain and update contacts lists and client files in appropriate databases

Collaborate with team members to locate and retrieve requested files

Assist in drafting fee letters

Client relationship management

Answer phones and record messages for attorney and/or paralegal as needed

Manage booking and other travel arrangements as requested

Qualifications:

Minimum 5-6 years of general office experience

Minimum 1 year legal office experience

Proficiency with word processing software such as Microsoft Excel and WordPerfect X8

Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail

Ability to work overtime as needed is preferred

Willingness to learn new systems

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Professionalism at all times with clients and team members
