Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solution is searching for an Executive Assistant with a background in Human Resources for a local Austin, TX company. The Executive Assistant will support the Human Resources Department. The executive assistant will have at least 3 years’ experience working in an office environment preferably with Human Resources experience. This position is a contract role and will be on-site working from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedules department meetings.
  • Maintains the department calendars.
  • Processes invoices and expenses.
  • Works a regular and predictable schedule.
  • Skills:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish with speaking and writing.
  • Must have strong understanding of confidentiality.
  • Expert knowledge of office software: Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Excel, Concur, and other human resources software.
  • Profound attention to detail.
  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Years of experience maybe substituted for college hours.
