LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Firm Administrator position in Austin, Texas. This position will assist the firm's support staff and manage the daily responsibilities of the firm. At least 5 years legal experience is required for this role.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the firm's attorneys and support staff with their practice
  • Manage scheduling for multiple attorney's calendars
  • Train staff on different systems
  • Manage the office building's administrative tasks
  • Help with hiring non attorney staff
  • Manage communication between clients, courts, and firm staff

  • Skills

  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task and shift priorities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal client communication skills

  • Experience and Education

  • 5 years legal experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant management field is required
