Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for Human Resources Hiring Specialist for a local company in Austin, Texas. The Hiring Specialist should have at least two years of experience and exceptional time management skills with. This position is considered contract and is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Organizes and schedules drug testing and background checks.
  • Conducts onboarding and orientation.
  • Organizes and submits benefits enrollment documents.
  • Directs employee inquiries to appropriate personnel.

• Processes I-9 verifications and employment verifications.

Skills

  • Proficient in HRIS preferred.
  • Great time management skills a plus.
  • MS office experience, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of benefits enrollment and data entry.
  • Familiar with of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other employment leave.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in human resources in a manager/supervisory role, preferred.

• Experience can be substituted for education.
