HR Consultant

LHH is currently seeking a HR Consultant for a fast growing manufacturing company in Austin, TX. This is a fully onsite, 2-3 month contract position managing all strategic HRBP duties with the potential to turn into a permanent position. They are looking to start ASAP!! The essential duties along with required qualifications are listed below:

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of employee relations, FMLA, leaves, compensation/benefits packages, staffing needs, etc.

Handled HR compliance, policies, employment law and regulations

Work with managers and teams on performance management, coaching and development

Qualifications:

5+ years of HR Management/Business Partner experience

SHRM or PHR certified preferred

Experience with strategic HR management and building out HR teams

Location: Fully Onsite - North Austin (78753)

Pay Rate: $45-50/hr
