LHH is looking for an HR Consultant with a proactive and influencing presence to take on this role for our client’s company in Central Austin. Our client is needing a candidate with manufacturing industry experience with a strong background in compliance and leave management. This is a contract opportunity with a duration ranging from 1-3 months.


Responsibilities:

  • Implementing a maintaining a high standard of company culture
  • Performing the recruitment and hiring process
  • Assisting HR Director with the management of the disability and leave processes including FMLA, STD, LTD, ADA and Workers’ Compensation
  • Educates new colleagues within the orientation period
  • Coordinating payroll processes

  • Qualifications:

  • Human resources experience required; 3 years minimum
  • Bachelor’s degree in either HR or related field
  • Heavy compliance and leave management experience

  • Work hours:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.
