Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a Human Resources Manager near Austin, Texas. The HR Manager will oversee the department functions including hiring and interviewing candidates, payroll functions, benefits, employee leave, and implementation of company policies and procedures. This is a contract position—100% in the office.


Supervisory Responsibilities:


  • Interviews, hires and trains new employees within the Human Resources department.
  • Provides employee feedback for performance evaluations promptly.
  • Processes employee discipline and terminations by company policy.
  • Supervises the daily office functions of the department.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:


  • Proficient in writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to work in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to engage with different levels of personnel to negotiate and resolve conflict.
  • Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in analytical and problem-solving.
  • Ensures integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Up to date and thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Education/Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum three years of experience in human resources management.
