Office and Reception Manager

Do you have experience as an office manager? Are you currently in Austin, Texas? LHH has partnered with a well-known client in the financial services industry to find the ideal candidate to take over the office manager position for this company. This will be a contract opportunity in a 100% onsite role.

Duration: 2-3 months

Compensation: $23-$26/hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Answer as well as transfer incoming calls
  • Monitor who has access within areas; distribute passes if needed
  • Lead guests to conference rooms
  • Ensure hospitality to all guests
  • Arrange setup of conference room meetings including but not limited to refreshments, technology, physical materials needed for presentation
  • Maintain calendars for executives
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing packages and distribution of incoming packages
  • Manage office and kitchen supplies
  • Maintain the upkeep and appearance of the reception area, conference room and kitchen area
  • Coordinate dinner reservations for clients and executives
  • Coordinate company events
  • Qualifications

  • 3 years of relative experience as an office manager required
  • Experience within financial, real estate, or professional service firm preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-starter
  • Punctual
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Work hours:

    Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
