Are you an experienced and polished receptionist in Austin, Tx? Our client is in need of a receptionist with at least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced professional environment to join their team. This opportunity offers great benefits, with potential to grow in their company!


Employment type: contract


Compensation: $19-21/hour, based on experience


Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all visitors in the office with hospitality and professionalism
  • Assist with logistics for office events, lunches, and meetings
  • Monitor visitor access and issue passes
  • Assist with booking hoteling desks/offices as needed
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Set up appointments and manage calendars
  • Receive, sort, and route mail

  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a receptionist in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Suites
  • Superior customer service
  • Punctuality
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to start IMMEDIATELY
