Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Senior Generalist with three years of experience (preferred) and exceptional management skills with a local facility in Austin, Texas. This is a contract position and will be 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors daily office practices and procedures.
  • Manages onboarding and orientation.
  • Manages recruitment and interviews for openings.
  • Coordinates employee benefits, payroll, and time and leave.
  • Directs employee inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Skills:

  • Proficient in HRIS a plus.
  • Great time management skills a plus.
  • MS office experience, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of payroll, benefits enrollment, employee relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in human resources in a manager/supervisory role, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other employment leave.
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred.
  • SHRM certification a plus.
