Temporary Corporate Governance Paralegal in Austin, Texas - Remote

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a temporary corporate governance paralegal with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of global paralegal experience to offer fully remote support to an innovative Fortune 500 company. This is a great contract role in a results-oriented and creative company.

Responsibilities:

Corporate international subsidiary management

Experience organizing and maintaining large volumes of corporate records through company database

Draft and revise various corporate and transactional documents including but not limited to: shareholder agreements, board of directors resolutions, and powers of attorney

Liaise with outside counsel and in-house attorneys

Examine, organize, analyze & summarize information relating to particular questions of corporate law

Create work product for practice group as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or required certificate of completion of a paralegal program approved by the American Bar Association (ABA).

Minimum of fifteen (15) years of global paralegal experience

Significant experience with international subsidiary management

Experience with internal server and/or web-based entity management database

Working understanding of legal terminology and foundation of law specific to the practice group

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail

Willingness to learn new systems

Ability to manage time wisely and work with minimal supervision

Professionalism at all times with clients and team members
