This position will be supporting the wealth planning practice group. The firm offers a COLLABORATIVE teamwork environment, competitive salary and benefits, including opportunity for a hybrid (in office and work from home) schedule.


Qualifications

  • Experience assisting with client communication, meeting agendas, scheduling, and digitization of files
  • Experience with billing matters and client communication and wealth planning documents and files
  • Experience with transactional documents and/or trust and estate matters is required
  • Experience formatting, proofreading, editing and labeling documents
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems (iManage experience is a plus!)
