LHH Recruitments Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to immediately join our client’s team based in Baltimore, MD. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable from clients.
Conduct account research and analysis to resolve billing discrepancies.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and mail to ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and transactions.
Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve issues.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Over 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable.
Strong understanding of billing and collection processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
