Responsibilities

  • Provide clear direction to care managers on managing clients base on Medicare and/or Medicaid contract requirements.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve optimal learning retention on EMR systems within the hospital environment.
  • Manage educational assistance program and serve as incident commander for emergency action plan.
  • Develop documentation, materials, and communication plans, manage vendors, and directly oversee critical activities associate with programs

  • Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in a training related role with instructional design and delivery experience
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills to coordinate program efforts
  • Strong time management skills with great attention to detail and analytical skills with a high degree of professionalism

  • Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills


  • Education

  • Training and development specialists need a bachelor's degree, and most need related work experience.
