HR Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HR Coordinator with strong administrative skills in Baltimore, MD. This is a great contract role in a fast-paced working environment.

This role involves assisting with multiple HR duties for the company’s human resources department. Our ideal candidate will be organized, possess the ability to work independently, and have administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company HR systems
  • Enter changes into the company HR systems when needed
  • Coordinate interviews and interview logistics
  • Assist with reference check process
  • Maintain job requisitions
  • Generate offer letters
  • Any administrative duties that are needed to support the HR department
  • Qualifications:

  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Employment Type: Full time, Contract

    Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
