Are you an Administrative Assistant who is highly motivated and thrives in a collaborative work environment? LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking to fill a contract position in the Baltimore, MD area with an opportunity to be hired on permanently! This position will be a great introduction to an HR role, or it could be a great additional experience to grow your skills. Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Handle all travel requirements including bookings, changes, and timely expense reports.
  • Create daily meeting briefs, relevant documents, and key players for all scheduled meetings.
  • Coordinate agendas, take notes and manage action items for
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary

  • Experience:

  • Contract experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of Administrative Experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
  • Strong time management and effective communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
