LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a Benefits Coordinator in the Baltimore area to assist in the Human Resources Department. The benefits coordinator will enroll employees into various employer benefits. The applicant should be well versed with employee benefits, laws, and regulations. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with employee benefits, specifically, with benefits enrollment and answering employee benefit questions. Responsibilities:

  • Assist new and current employees with benefits enrollment
  • Answer employee questions regarding benefits packages
  • Maintain state and federal compliance
  • Update employee benefits information into HRIS
  • Other duties assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Associates degree with 2-3 years of employee benefits experience or Bachelor’s (preferred) with 1-2 years of benefits experience
  • Experience enrolling employees into company benefits
  • Complete understanding of company benefits packages
  • HRIS experience a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Attention to detail is a must
