Seeking a Payroll Coordinator , perm pay is $60k annually, onsite in Windsor Mill, MD
Responsibilities include processing payroll, reconciling accounts payable, and handling purchasing requests. Multi-state experience (MD, PA, NC) is helpful.
Duties:
- Process paychecks and earnings statements.
- Review and reconcile time sheets and wage computations.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments.
- Conduct employment verification.
- Balance payroll accounts.
- Perform accounts payable tasks.
- Operate financial software.
- Reconcile entries and verify expenses.
- Pay employees and verify vendor accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
- Minimum five years of payroll and payables experience.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting databases.
- Familiarity with Paycom software is a plus.
Compensation: Up to $60,000 per year
