Seeking a Payroll Coordinator , perm pay is $60k annually, onsite in Windsor Mill, MD


Responsibilities include processing payroll, reconciling accounts payable, and handling purchasing requests. Multi-state experience (MD, PA, NC) is helpful.


Duties:


  • Process paychecks and earnings statements.
  • Review and reconcile time sheets and wage computations.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments.
  • Conduct employment verification.
  • Balance payroll accounts.
  • Perform accounts payable tasks.
  • Operate financial software.
  • Reconcile entries and verify expenses.
  • Pay employees and verify vendor accounts.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
  • Minimum five years of payroll and payables experience.
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting databases.
  • Familiarity with Paycom software is a plus.

Compensation: Up to $60,000 per year
