LHH Recruitment Solutions, formerly known as Accounting Principals Inc. is hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Barrington, IL (onsite). This would be the perfect opportunity for a candidate who is either interested in learning AP or someone with some AP experience. To be successful, good math skills, ability to work at a fast pace, and good general computer skills are a must. Open to candidates with no experience, but must have either some accounting courses taken, an accounting certificate or any related education in accounting or finance. They will train!

Direct Hire

Pay: $20-23/hour (DOE)

Location: Onsite in Barrington, IL

Duties:

Processing vendor payments and invoices by coding account numbers

Posting invoices and Reconciling vendor statements, researching discrepancies, and speaking with vendors to resolve issues

Receipting transactions, making deposits and Posting proper documentation

Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications

Prepares payoff checks for new purchases and trade-ins as well as prepare vendor payments.

Requirements:

Prior Accounts payable experience OR

Candidate who has taken some accounting courses, has any kind of an Accounting Certificate or related or has an Associate Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance and wants to learn and get entry level experience!

Must be able to work onsite in Barrington, IL
