Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant for a contract role with our client in Batesville, Indiana. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $16 to $19 per hour and is on the 1st shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
Helping within the mail room and assisting sorting mail
Putting together documents
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
