Staff Associate - Construction Litigation in Bay Area, California

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking two (2) Staff Associates with a minimum of five (5) years of litigation experience and one (1) senior associate with a minimum twenty (20) years litigation experience for a full-time opportunity at a well-established law firm in the Bay Area for a hybrid position. This a full-time, contract position.

The role requires staff associates to handle high level litigation work such as deposition preparation, handling discovery, writing memoranda, and conducting legal research. Our ideal candidates have the ability to prioritize tasks, are highly organized, and possess effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Handle high level litigation work

Legal Research

Qualifications:

Possess extensive litigation experience

Impeccable writing skills

Experience:

Staff Associate: Minimum of five (5) years litigation experience, construction litigation preferred

Senior Associate: Minimum of twenty (20) years litigation experience, construction experience preferred
