LHH Recruitment Solutions has an exciting opportunity to hire an Employee Development Specialist for a well-known, global sportswear company. In this role, you will be auditing and updating current processes, as well as creating and overseeing new programs. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years of relative experience who is excited to shape employee development!

Position Details:

  • Pay: $70-$86 per hour
  • Duration: 1 year contract
  • Location: Hybrid based out of Beaverton, OR
  • Hours: M-F, full time, flexible start time

  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relative experience in an HR and/or Training and Development position
  • Strong communication across departments
  • Experience using training and development software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to think creatively and shape processes and procedures

  • What you'll be doing:

  • Auditing and reshaping employee development plans
  • Creating new employee development plans
  • Training managers on new development procedures
  • Software and systems training
  • Review results of development process and adjust as needed
