Job Title: Office Manager Location: Beaverton, OR Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:45pm Pay Range: $60,000-$65,000 annually LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Office Manager at for an E-commerce company based out of Beaverton, OR! We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to oversee office operations, support events, and ensure our workplace runs smoothly. Job Description: As the Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of our office environment. Your responsibilities will include stocking breakrooms and copy rooms, ordering office supplies, handling facilities issues, and providing support for meetings and events. You will manage event logistics such as ordering food and decorations, with approximately four major events annually. Additionally, you will handle reception duties, manage incoming calls, and ensure the office is opened and closed daily. This role involves both desk work and active engagement around the office, including occasional driving for errands. Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in reception or administrative support roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as stocking and light cleaning.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
