LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Cash Application Specialist for one of our clients located near Bedford Heights, OH 44146. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

This is a direct hire position.

Job scope/Duties

• Processing applications

• Provide daily posting of cash and payments to customer accounts

• Investigate cash discrepancies and settlement of authorizations

• Maintain and update customer files and accounts

• Assist other departments as needed

• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of related experience

• Associates Degree in Accounting preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

• Must have experience with manual cash applications

Skills

• Attention to detail

• Must be able to Multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be able to handle high volume and fast pace

Physical Requirements

• General office environment

• This is a Hybrid position

Shift/Hours

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00am-5:00pm, 40HRS a week

Compensation

• $45-$50K DOE
