LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist our client Bellevue, WA. This temporary opportunity is fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

· Perform cash reconciliations

· Process daily cash activity and exceptions

· Assist with deduction resolutions and collections

· Research and resolve discrepancies timely

· Obtain approvals for all variances

· Maintain proper documentation and filing

· Assist with monthly close processes

Qualifications:

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

· At least 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience

· Strong Excel skills

· Ability to multi-task and to prioritize work

· Great analytical skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong understanding of GAPP
