LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a skilled accounting professional to join our client's team in Bethesda, MD. This is a contract to hire opportunity for a commercial real estate firm. Key Responsibilities:
Daily lockbox management: Handle transactions efficiently.
Collections support: Provide ad-hoc support to the collections team.
Month-end closings: Support financial closing processes.
Management fees: Calculate and post monthly expenses.
Courtesy statements: Assist in the preparation and distribution.
Cash application: Allocate funds across various charges within the portfolio.
Sales reporting: Prepare and review monthly reports for management.
Cash receipts: Track and document payments
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
Proficiency with Yardi software is highly preferred.
