Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Boston, Massachusetts

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a top law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with review of title reports, commitments, and surveys

Preparing title and survey summaries and analyzing and correcting title defects

Drafting closing documents and managing post-closing matters

Maintaining correspondence with clients

Requirements:

4+ years of recent experience in commercial real estate

Bachelor’s Degree

Commitment to client service

Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
