LHH Recruitment Solutions in partnership with a firm in Boston, MA is seeking a Corporate Paralegal. This opportunity is in office and it is a Contract position.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, understanding and revising contracts
  • Drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Conducting research regarding business entities and relevant regulations and laws governing the situation
  • Assisting with finding resolutions to contract issues
  • Managing the Contract approval process
  • Complete other tasks are necessary
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Corporate or regulatory law environment experience
  • Solid understanding of local, state and federal legal regulations regarding contracts
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially MS office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and other contract management systems
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
