LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support senior executives in a fast-paced real estate investment or financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support within finance or real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
  • Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking
  • Support project coordination and execution of special initiatives as needed
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate investment, private equity, asset management, or financial services
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Hours:
  • 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday

  • 100% in office
