We are currently seeking candidates who are interested in joining our client’s team on a Temp to hire role as an Office Assistant located in Bothell, WA. This opportunity offers career path to Inside sales administrator and sr. sales administrator, an executive role in the company that focuses on building client relationships and handling more complex duties. Our client offers benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, 401k with match, disability insurance, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays and 3 weeks of Vacation annually increasing with tenure to 5 weeks annually.

Candidates must be skilled with MS Office and possess the ability to pay attention to detail, direct incoming phone calls to the sales team, maintain order filing and scanning, greet visitors and direct to appropriate manager. Parking is provided on-site.

City: Bothell, WA.

Location - Onsite

Hourly Wage: $20-$22

Education: Associates Degree or Three years acting in an office support role

The key duties & minimum requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • · Direct incoming phone calls to the Sales Team
  • · Various administrative data entry
  • · Maintain order filing and scanning
  • · Prepare and ship literature and product mailings
  • · Greet visitors and direct to appropriate manager
  • · Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • · Great communication skills
  • · Excellent organization
  • · Ability to adapt effectively
  • · Support Inside Sale Administrators with emails to outside sales and customers as you
  • gain experience and prepare to advance into an Inside Sales Administrator Role

  • Organized. Ability to prioritize workloads, strong analytical skills, understand the importance of accurate timely work
  • Communicator. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Service Minded. You deliver customer support like you expect to receive it, with excellence

  • Work hours: M-F (40 hours a week)
