Job Title: Service Contract Administrator
Location: Brea, CA
Schedule: Part-Time, 30 hours/week (flexible hours between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $27.00/hour
Position Overview:
A detail-oriented and customer-focused professional is sought for the role of Service Contract Administrator. The position involves managing service contract operations including proposal preparation, contract renewals, invoicing, and ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and process annual service agreements, ensuring timely invoicing and price accuracy.
Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all contracts and related invoices.
Contribute to monthly revenue goals through efficient billing and contract processing.
Engage with customers to support timely renewals and address contract-related inquiries.
Utilize CRM and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) for tracking, updates, and data management.
Partner with sales and service teams to identify and support revenue-generating opportunities.
Escalate customer claims or service issues to appropriate internal channels.
Participate in service contract evaluations and recommend improvements.
Maintain compliance with all applicable internal policies and standards.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of administrative, billing, or customer service experience.
Experience in service contracts, coordination, or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft 365, and Adobe is a plus.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills & Traits:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dependable.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
