Senior HR Generalist

LHH is hiring a Senior HR Generalist for a thriving company in the industrial business! The Senior HR Generalist will provide senior level support in functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, but more specifically benefits administration and payroll.

Responsibilities:

Coming up to speed on their benefits carriers, their payroll provider (will work in concert with current manager).

Learn the day-to-day, payroll and benefits will be at the forefront.

Later picking up with project work.

Processing payroll and benefits administration 70% initially, 30% project work, and then when they make a decision on implementation that can shift

Requirements:

Must have payroll processing experience.

Ability to collaborate across the HR department.

Needs someone who wants to build out processes.

Need someone who is analytical and heavier on the HRIS/reporting/technology side/strong Excel skills that would be the most helpful experience.

Must be adaptable and enjoy change!

?Education:

Bachelor's degree in human resources (master's degree preferred)

Several years of HR experience

Strong communication skills

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (preferred)

Industry experience required? Having some insurance background or financial services, but not required
